Return & Exchange Policy – Kafni

At Kafni, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and hassle‑free return and exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Accessories, innerwear, and personal care products are non‑returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment mode or as store credit (as per your preference).
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after product approval.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for: 

  • Size issues
  • Same product in a different colour (subject to availability)

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit or refund will be offered.

 


4. Return Shipping

  • Damaged or wrong products: Return shipping is free.
  • Size or preference changes: Return shipping charges may apply.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • For damaged or defective products, inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images and an unboxing video for quicker resolution.
